Certification, now what? 

Thank you for joining us over these next 7 days to your fitness business success. Now keep in mind that our visions of success varies as we all value different aspects of life. Freedom, money, impact, multiple businesses, multiple locations, social media impact, relationships, and happiness, what ever your vision is don't let anyone take that away from you... it's yours!!! 


Now, on to the topic of discussion. You've now received your certification. Qualifications to be an impact and change people's lives. That's a big responsibility! Congratulations! What's next?


Social media is making this harder and harder with everyone now being a "fitness professional." This actually is a good thing as now you have to really work hard, develop your technique to really stand out, and you really have to know what your talking about, provide serious value!


Don't get overwhelmed. Don't rush the process to greatness which is your foundation to longevity in this business. Not likes, or followers! Just consistent results. Just as we tell our clients, start where you're at with what you've got.


Step one- take the first step▶️ get your name out there! Get in a gym and start building your business. Yes get in a gym, get exposed to many different types of clientele to learn about yourself in this very competitive industry. Learn your ideal client, your strengths, vision how you want to run your own facility once that day comes, and most importantly THE BUSINESS! This is what the certification doesn't teach, on top of the psychological connection we need to have with clients for them to have great success in transformation.


During this phase you will discover so much outside of the certifications you'll wonder if it was a waste🤔 keep in mind certain gyms only except certain certifications. So this is when you need to think about your long term picture. Give yourself 2-3 years to learn THE BUSINESS. The volatility, customer service, marketing, engagement, what is the industry missing that you could help replace that void? There is nothing wrong with going this route because you will get an hands on education that is so much more valuable than that certification. Experience.  If your vision is to do your own club than start preparing by putting money away, learning systems, polishing your technique, getting your name out and focusing in on your niche. 


If your going to stay in the corporate world... Thats ok as well. Being a boss or entrepreneur is being over-glorified as it is hard work. Not everyone is cut out to handle taxes, money from many different avenues (that's not your's, but the businesses) and even more importantly, you have to have a killer personality which can not be taught.


So right now we take this phase to develop, work toward mastering your niche, knowing the business, and developing your business. How can I capitalize on my potential and what I offer?? This is for either route you decide to take!


Action plan➡️ start laying out your 2-3 your game plan. Learn the business, clientele, your niche. Stay focused 💯

Whereas "weight loss" merely represents a deficit in caloric intake and the weight lost is a combination of water, fat/muscle = softer smaller body but not necessarily a healthier body.

 

Instead of searching for the prefect program invest yourself instead in developing a sustainable, enjoyable #lifestyle

Own your starting point


WATER the seeds of CHANGE:It starts with the desire to change. This thought is a seed, which needs watered with faith cultivated with dedication and cared daily by actions.  Desire without faith is nothing more than a WISH.*Faith must be more than a concept in your mind - it is required to produce results in your life. You need to accept an applicable plan of action to facilitate change and trust that persistence & dedication will cause results.  You have to be willing to change your norms in order to change your lifestyle.  What you have always done will only get you what you already have.  If you want to be different you must embrace the idea of doing different.& It starts with waterIn order to function efficiently your body needs hydration to function, absorption, nutrient transport, detoxification, hormonal health, thyroid function, healthy skin/hair/nails, mood, appetite stabilization, metabolic function..... Etc.Fuel your progress daily by incorporating 1 gallon water minimum
Day 2: Dairy*Aim to get in your jug of water apx 1 gallon in addition to all other beveragesEliminate all liquid calories Pop/soda, yes even diet soda You can instead have:Unsweetened teas & herbal teas & coffee is permitted*Eliminate all artificial sweeteners "fake sugars"(Stevia is your choice sweetener) *eliminate ALL dairy (cheese, creamers, yogurt)
Day3: Sugar Sabotage*READ ALL labels become "label-aware"Buy and consume nothing with more than 5g sugar on its labelRead listed ingredients (be aware items are listed in order of most to least)identify sneaky forms of sugar (ex: High fructose corn syrup, coconut sugar, molasses, agave, etc..)
Day 4: Focus on FullnessEating well does not mean Starvation it means Fueling with intentionGetting full & satisfied has a lot to do with food combinations & nutrient balance Fill up on fiber rich foods Get a Veggie Belly Fiber rich foods provide hormone balancing effects and metabolism boosting resultsStill hungry...? Pile up your plate with lots of colorful veggies with zero guilt
Day 5: Carb-ie like BarbieIdentify quality-nutritious carbohydrates learn to use them in your favor.  Carbohydrates are essential for optimal hormonal function, mood and for efficient metabolic function.  Long story short "low carb" & "no carb" (Atkins) style diets/plans leave you physically/mentally drained = thin hair, hormone imbalanced, dry skin, thin nails, dull, cranky flattened/weakened muscles and quickly plateaued.Forgetting carbs? Forget your Progress  -Do yourself a favor reintroduce yourself to the carbs you like and get creative on varieties to keep food fun.
