2️⃣ Change your mind change your life. Only you have the power to change your life and it starts with mental. Daily battle of changing habits to form new routines need to be come your way of life. This is the process where character is built.

Attention men!

visceral fat... you know what that is? Look down. Yup, right there, your new friend you’ve been carrying around for the past five years. Some of you maybe even longer as it “snuck” up on you! After last night’s entertaining super bowl and all the socializing that comes with it. The harsh truth is when we attend these events the majority of the food in the environment are nothing but empty carbs. It’s ok once in a while, but most of you are using these sporting events to cover up deadly habit. 

Mall the empty carbs and sugar are are just eating away at your sex drive, decreasing your testosterone. This is all a result of your visceral fat % being to high. For men, this fat carried in the stomach can also lead to high cholesterol, blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes. Time to get serious👇🏾 

👉🏾 Get active at least 3-4 days a week

👉🏾 Water needs to become your best friend

👉🏾 Learn to say No (guys nights, happy hr, get to bed earlier, leave work on time) Go Home!  

👉🏾 Switch up your drink of choice (leave the beers for a bit, no more sweets. Try some wine, or champagne) notice on west coast not too many individuals overweight? All they drink is the dry stuff 🤔 

👉🏾 No processed or pre-packaged foods
