Losing your mojo in the gym? These little moves will increase your intensity and make it feel like day one all over again. 1️⃣ it may be time to change up the workout. The style   of workout. Let's try incorporating a new method. Get uncomfortable again by learning something new. This will shock your body, and give you a new challenge. Not your thing? Let's switch up your current routine by increasing weight, reps, rest intervals. This  will naturally stimulate heart rate, and doing this some of us love that "no pain, no gain" theory. This should get you sore again like week one when you decided to peel your self off the couch. 2️⃣ ladies will like this one, but go shopping! Get some new gear. It's that simple. Look good, feel good, perform good, and show off that hard work you've been putting in.  3️⃣ playlist update 🔥🔥🔥 make a new playlist. Whatever your music sorce, apple, Spotify, YouTube, pandora, try a new channel. Download new music and put on shuffle.

When things start becoming routine that's when we become vulnerable to boredom. Switch up and add variety at least every 5-6 weeks. Keep that body guessing and the mind 💯 in the process.
