Hear's the hard part. What are your energy suckers? It's now time to get rid of or start working toward eliminating unhealthy habits, emotions, and relationships. This is where most fail, because of the unwillingness to get uncomfortable and introduced to a whole new environment.
#1 thing that holds us back is fighting our current and past self to get to our new selves.
Meditation, relfelection, and assessing is vital during this time as we track progress and also keep in mind that even bad days give us data. It's experience needed to build character and eliminate what doesn't work.
