Trainer??

Everyone is looking to get healthy, be healthy, and stay healthy. Looking at many avenues to develop a complete lifestyle. With that being said, there are "Fitness Professionals" feeding on that and know very little on nutrition and actual effective training.  Teaching things that have worked for them but not necessarily clientele. (Watch out for this with online training programs)

It takes a little more than that. Working with much clientele, it is priority to continue educating to keep up with fitness industry standards. This allows us to give our clients the best nutritional and training guidance to reach and maintain results specially for you.

Though you are purchasing fitness, it's a product, making you a consumer. You have the right to know exactly what you want and ask questions.

Here's what to look for 👇🏾

▶️ Trainer in tune with current methods and techniques for an effective program

▶️  If it's cheap, it's more than likely something you won't reap benefits from. Quality (results) is worth the price if your serious about the outcome you want.

▶️ Does trainer recommend assessment before program? I make it priority to meet/call potential client before considering any program. Trainers should be discussing goals and making something personal....PERSONAL

▶️ Do they walk the walk? Sorry you have to look the part. I can care less about what you've been through as a trainer. What are you going to do for the client? 10 years ago you as the trainer were the go-to. Your body is your build board, if you're still in the game and wanting to stay in, you should still look like the go-to.

▶️Assessments, how are you to measure one's progress without tracking habits, prone to injuries, or even self destruction which is all part of this journey of transformation.  This is how you and your trainer continue to move together and continue same vision.

▶️ Ask other friends/family member about their journey and their results.

▶️ Is the trainer busy? It may be difficult to get the time you want to train, but at the end of it all, if you goals are important you need to find another time to train. These are your goals, don't find time, make the time. What would you prefer, a trainer that is bust because their getting results or a trainer that can fit you in because they can't seem to get and keep clients?

Now you're equipped on what you need to look for in your success for an effective health and fitness transformation👊🏾
