know and focus on the thing, the outcome you want most. That could be adding more time for yourself to workout, cut out soda, stop smoking, more rest, better nutrition, whatever it may be, the πŸ”‘ Is know your goal and it has to be big. Almost scary. This is the only way you will stick to it.  

Now that we have the goal set, make it priority in your life. It will not happen on accident.  Schedule it, vision it, prepare for it. Set yourself up for success by feeling it. It is very important you start creating an environment that keeps you accountable and focused as that's our biggest factor, our enemy to succeeding in this transformation. Post goals where you'll seem them daily, build an accountability team, that will understand and support the journey you're about to embark on.

Most want to grasp their health and fitness to support better energy. The funny thing is, energy is during this process it's our most misused resource. Maintaining motivation and optimism happens more often when our energy is even and managed. Notice I stated earlier, surround yourself with a positive support team. If your wasting energy and time defending yourself to negative thoughts and attitude, eventually you will feel defeated. The goal is to win each day, and slowly build momentum.   

The honest and truthful reason diets don't work, is we're all different. I know sounds obvious right?!!?? This is how supplement companies, diet programs and workout Dad's make money. Keeping you confused, and not teaching you anything.
