Tips to transform your am training
It's hard not to hit the snooze button. These tips will increase intensity and set you up to dominate your days!
👉🏾 Get up and move - Get up to reach the alarm, stretch, and down a glass of water 💦
👉🏾 Schedule training sessions to be quick, effective, and efficient. This will allow you to stay in routine.
👉🏾 Vision your day before your feet hit the floor- Have a plan of what's to get done. Start with highest priority (taking care of yourself and your health) and start building your action items from there 3-5 of the most important items to complete to get you closer to your goal.. your vision.
👉🏾Form habit- This is not going to be an easy process at the beginning. Just like anything worth having, we have to break life time habits. Don't expect this to kick in after a week, or even 2 weeks. This will be a daily test of dedication. Every. Single. Morning
👉🏾Sleep- Start settling 30 minutes before bed. Turn notifications of media devices off. Relaxing the mind and preparing for the following early rising morning.
👉🏾 Dead distractions - There is nothing more frustrating then starting your day rushed. That's no way to set the tone. Don't check emails, make calls, or check text messages ( unless work related, or emergency) until you've worked out! This gives you the armour to handle whatever comes your way leveled headed.
