Can't build a house on toothpicks-reduce groin and hamstring injuries

The new fitness craze big butts and thigh gaps. Notice the adductor and abductor  machine is always taken? Or the cable machine and women are hitting these over looked areas from all angles! Which us as guys are just stuck in our steps. In amazement, admiration, enjoying the view, maybe confused, and honestly down right creepiness!

 

Believe it or not, this is why we are seeing great development and symmetry like we've never seen before (and a little photoshop 🤔)  but if you've been at this a while you can't be fooled, it's all about the separation and symmetry. 

 

Gentleman, it's time to pick up your eyes 👀 and put them back into your sockets and join! For  resaons👉🏾 1️⃣ you cannot build a house on tooth picks! This is a very common look in most gyms. Great size and cuts up top but legs ready to snap at any moment 😂 Know that the stronger you leg become, the stronger overall your body. 2️⃣ Prevent injury👉🏾 I know you're not neglecting legs completely (at least I hope not) I'm sure you keep squats, lunges, some deadlifts in the rotation. Doing these moves especially heavy day in and day out, our body when then start to overcompensate just as it would in any other area of our bodies. Then we start tightening and pulling not using correct form, this is where we open ourselves up to injury. Start incorporating these isolation add/ and abductor moves to reduce  groin and hamstring pulls. Start adding these into your current routine and watch your squat weight go through the roof! 3️⃣ ladies like guys with nice legs and 🍑 butts too!

Re-ignite your engagement

Losing your mojo in the gym? These little moves will increase your intensity and make it feel like day one all over again. 1️⃣ it may be time to change up the workout. The style   of workout. Let's try incorporating a new method. Get uncomfortable again by learning something new. This will shock your body, and give you a new challenge. Not your thing? Let's switch up your current routine by increasing weight, reps, rest intervals. This  will naturally stimulate heart rate, and doing this some of us love that "no pain, no gain" theory. This should get you sore again like week one when you decided to peel your self off the couch. 2️⃣ ladies will like this one, but go shopping! Get some new gear. It's that simple. Look good, feel good, perform good, and show off that hard work you've been putting in.  3️⃣ playlist update 🔥🔥🔥 make a new playlist. Whatever your music sorce, apple, Spotify, YouTube, pandora, try a new channel. Download new music and put on shuffle.

When things start becoming routine that's when we become vulnerable to boredom. Switch up and add variety at least every 5-6 weeks. Keep that body guessing and the mind 💯 in the process.
