The decision to start your health and fitness transformation is hard. You have to face yourself, your strengths, your weaknesses, and ultimately your success is dependent on you. Lots of pressure huh??? Once you've decided to take the first step in the process, your journey has already begun.

Let's work this process backward from your why. Yes as I've said in many of my past post, Your why has to scare you, your big picture has to put a smile on your face and be the reason you produce daily.

It starts with gratitude- focus on the good acknowledging abundance and blessings. ย

Cut out negativity. Put your area of focus or areas to the things that empower and uplift you. ย 

Hear's the hard part. What are your energy suckers? It's now time to get rid of or start working toward eliminating unhealthy habits, emotions, and relationships. This is where most fail, because of the unwillingness to get uncomfortable and introduced to a whole new environment. 

#1 thing that holds us back is fighting our current and past self to get to our new selves.  ย 

Meditation, relfelection, and assessing is vital during this time as we track progress and also keep in mind that even bad days give us data. It's experience needed to build character and eliminate what doesn't work. ย

There are many factors that come into play when trying to decrease bodyfat. Not just lose weight but actually decrease body fat, maintaining your muscle without actually working against yourself. In the process of losing weight the key is not to tap into your muscle. That start with proper nutrition that is supplementing and fueling the correct method of workouts. Then followed by recovery and rest, where all of our hard work is actually supposed pay off. Your progress comes from what you do outside the training area ๐Ÿ˜Ž
