👉🏾 Get more sleep! Set an alarm to actually go to bed as you do for getting out of bed. Take this time to power down yourself, mind, body and electronics.

👉🏾Stay fluid🤔 Yes incorporate massages, Pilates, and yoga into your routine and try to keep it! Keeping you flexible, lengthening the muscles. This allows for inflammation to be reduce in muscle tissue and increase blood flow to speed recovery.  

👉🏾 Get that water intake up! (My favorite) this is simple, effective, and very challenging at the beginning if you have been getting your h20 in. Dehydration is why you feel exhausted most of the time on top of slowing your metabolic rate.  

The reason why YOU (75% women) skip the gym

75% of women reporting would like to exercise more, but not making it to the gym. While there were many reasons why skipping these calorie killing, fat crying, sweaty sessions were given, the main reason boiled down to " fear of being judged."  

With the extensive media images of the "perfect bodies" the craze of the over the top workouts/exercises, this would keep most out of the gym or from working out.  

Mothers balancing family time, the mind games of stretch marks (you've earned those stripes for the blessings brought in the world, embrace them) breasts changing, hips widening, and filling guilty being away from kids at times. (Remember the household runs a lot more smoothly when MOM is 💯) 

 

Young ladies being brained washed by what used to be tv but more so social media. This fear will really instensify if new to exercise, or returning after a long break.
