Steps to YOUR summer shape!
People are hesitant on starting a fitness routine this time of the year, under the impression that it's too late to make changes before shedding the clothes. Well.... yes you should have started months ago, so you're not spending the beautiful days of our limited sunshine and great weather (Columbus,OH) indoors working on your fitness. It's still not too late, and even if you've been at it for a while the sunshine naturally increases energy and activity!
It's our nature. We socialize more, shop, more, eat more (and sometimes better), and we get more active!
