You know what this week is! Empty promises and unrealistic goals are set at an all time high. This is the week that over 40% of people make the resolution or goal to start exercising and 10% make the decision to take it up a notch from current program.
3 tips to help you stay on top of it!
👉🏾 Be specific and intentional with goals. Goals should be realistic, but challenging enough to be worthwhile making you grow, and building confidence.
👉🏾 Have a time frame set to accomplish goals. During this time, you are allowed to be a little selfish and put yourself first. Everyone around you will thank you later when your able to pour into others more effectively.
👉🏾 Get accountability- you will not achieve next level alone. The only shortcut to success in anything is learning what to do and what not to do as quick as you can. Fail fast, so you know what doesn’t work and adjust accordingly. The accountability will help you execute, and hold you accountable always showing you the next step. This preps a vision that will continue to keep you focsed and progressing ahead.
