There is just so much information out there that is to lead us all to confusion and therefore increase wanting more information and spending. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ It's better to use machines- ย ย These one- dimensional forms of exercise make you more prone to injury. Completing multi-joint exercises (squats,lunges, deadlifts, even push ups) will prepare your body better for daily activity. 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพย ย  Losing weight only happens when exercising-ย  ย 80% of your program (weight loss, maintaining weight, or bulking) is all successful from nutrition. Your success of attaining your goal will thrive by a balancing exercise, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and stress. ๐Ÿ”‘ Factors that take place outside of training. ย 

ย ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ ย You can spot reduce?? This is a big one that is not possible. Fat is burned through combination of cardio and resistance/strength training that will ultimately decrease your body's overall fat% paired with great nutrition. 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ ย Running is best to lose weight- strength training combined with spurts of high intensity cardio creates more shock to your muscles, which in return will cause a after burn affect due to more calories to burn continually after workout. ย 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ ย Staying fit takes up a lot of time. This is true.... if you're doing it wrong ๐Ÿ˜œ It's proven high intensity-interval training works for building muscle and burning calories in more effecient time. The key is program design which is huge in this concept. ย

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพย ย  Women will "bulk" if lifting heavy weights- hear this too often. Heard of testosterone? A very important component needed for muscle building, along with heavy calorie, protein, carb filled eating and continuous heavy lifting for a period of time. โœ…

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ ย Needing a gym to in shape/fit-ย  body weight and rest intervals are the matchup for an effective no equipment workout.  This allows the body to work on all different plains and challenges the muscles from many angles. ย 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ ย If it worked for them, it'll work for me-ย  everyone is different, remover that! I know it's hard with a lot of hard selling going around through weight loss challenges, Dvd's diets, and whatever else is being mass produced. Each individual has a recipe for success. The key is trial and error, patience, dedication to your vision, and continuing to trust the process. ย

Now that we have the goal set, make it priority in your life. It will not happen on accident.  Schedule it, vision it, prepare for it. Set yourself up for success by feeling it. It is very important you start creating an environment that keeps you accountable and focused as that's our biggest factor, our enemy to succeeding in this transformation. Post goals where you'll seem them daily, build an accountability team, that will understand and support the journey you're about to embark on.

Most want to grasp their health and fitness to support better energy. The funny thing is, energy is during this process it's our most misused resource. Maintaining motivation and optimism happens more often when our energy is even and managed. Notice I stated earlier, surround yourself with a positive support team. If your wasting energy and time defending yourself to negative thoughts and attitude, eventually you will feel defeated. The goal is to win each day, and slowly build momentum.   

The honest and truthful reason diets don't work, is we're all different. I know sounds obvious right?!!?? This is how supplement companies, diet programs and workout Dad's make money. Keeping you confused, and not teaching you anything. It's all in the confusion ๐Ÿค” So be mindful of what's effective and efficient to your lifestyle that is giving you progress, getting you closer to your goal, and most importantly, you're able to keep it!
